Training or New Puppy Session

Service Description

We offer sessions at my home for a variety of training and behavioural issues. Invaluable if your dog struggles with strangers, if you have tension in a multi-dog household, or if you are brand new puppy parents and want as much help as you can get before they can get out for walks in the big wide world. TRAINING CONSULTATION • If your dog struggles with any of the following: • Pulling on the lead • Recall • Over Arousal • Struggling to relax • Over excitement around other dogs and guests NEW PUPPY Have you just welcomed a new little one into your family? An hour and a half new puppy first session can be incredibly helpful. We go through all the basics like toilet training, sleeping through the night, a great diet and how to deal with common puppy problems like mouthing, jumping up, and how to get a great start on socialisation. Later times in the evening are available upon request, as are zoom calls for £60 per hour. Full payment is required to secure any future booking. Friday admin My PA and myself respond to emails and all enquiries on a Friday, this is also the day my orders are sent. Apologies if you need sooner answers, I do endeavour to respond to you all in a timely manner but due to being so busy I’ve allocated a day a week to make sure I’m touching base with you all. Cancellation Policy

My cancellation charges are as follows: You can reschedule with 48 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. If you have to cancel within 48 hours with no reschedule your payment is non-refundable. Obviously extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.
