Service Description
Want to practice all you’ve learned out in the world? Join me and the wonderful Faye from Calm The Pup Down for an hour’s walk in a quiet space with three other pups to troubleshoot and work on anything you want, from focus, to building recall and loose lead. Friday admin My PA and myself respond to emails and all enquiries on a Friday, this is also the day my orders are sent. Apologies if you need sooner answers, I do endeavour to respond to you all in a timely manner but due to being so busy I’ve allocated a day a week to make sure I’m touching base with you all. Thank you for your patience!
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation charges are as follows: You can reschedule with 48 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. If you have to cancel within 48 hours with no reschedule your payment is non-refundable. Obviously extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.
