Cancellation Policy

​

You are very important to us at Biker Girl Dog Trainer.

​

We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment. If possible please provide us with at least 48-hour notice. This way, I can  adjust my other client schedules accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list.

​

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

​

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

​

• You can reschedule with 48 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the next appointment.

• If you have to cancel within 48 hours with no reschedule your payment is non-refundable.

• Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.

 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

My PA and myself respond to emails and all enquiries on a Friday, this is also the day my orders are sent.

 

Apologies if you need sooner answers, I do endeavour to respond to you all in a timely manner but due to being so busy I’ve allocated a day a week to make sure I’m touching base with you all. Thank you for your patience!
