Service Description

Do you need to rehome your dog? While I don't have the resources to find a physical home I can be a helping hand throughout such a difficult process for you. I offer training, routines and advice for making the transition as smooth as possible, as well as working with you and the potential new owners to help you find the right fit. Disclaimer: I DO NOT help find homes, I just help you get your dog in the best mental state to succeed. I charge £60 a session or £80 for an hour and a half. Later times in the evening are available upon request, as are zoom calls for £60 per hour. Full payment is required to secure any future booking. Friday admin My PA and myself respond to emails and all enquiries on a Friday, this is also the day my orders are sent. Apologies if you need sooner answers, I do endeavour to respond to you all in a timely manner but due to being so busy I’ve allocated a day a week to make sure I’m touching base with you all. Thank you for your patience!

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your place a £25 deposit is required, and the remainder of the course to be paid on completion of class one. If you decided not to attend, I need 7 days notice to give me a chance to fill the slot. After full payment if you decide not to continue the course there are no refunds unless it is extenuating circumstances. Should you miss a class for any reason you have two chances to come back and finish it with a different block of puppies at a later date. If you fail to complete your course within that time frame unfortunately no refunds will be given.
