Service Description
Our next steps! Follow On Training Sessions to our Behavioural Consultation. These usually take place at Biker Girl HQ, though if the issue is your home specific there would be an extra charge depending on distance. These sessions are for continued support in the training games and methods, working on relationship and timing, specifically for reactivity issues before moving onto the stooge sessions and group reactive walks. Full payment is required to secure any future booking. Friday admin My PA and myself respond to emails and all enquiries on a Friday, this is also the day my orders are sent. Apologies if you need sooner answers, I do endeavour to respond to you all in a timely manner but due to being so busy I’ve allocated a day a week to make sure I’m touching base with you all. Thank you for your patience!
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation charges are as follows: You can reschedule with 48 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. If you have to cancel within 48 hours with no reschedule your payment is non-refundable. Obviously extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.
